At the moment we offer shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, most European Union countries, New Zealand & Australia — but don't worry we are planning to grow this to worldwide shipping shortly!

All paperback books are printed on demand by our trusted supplier BookVault. BookVault uses reliable carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Once an item has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item.

EBOOKS: When purchase, our trusted ebook distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your eBook.

The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your Ebook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo.

If you have any issues accessing your purchased Ebook or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.

All pre-ordered books will be charged in full upon purchase, but will not be shipped until the release date. Please see relevant product page for expected release date.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase and we will get to work on packing up your items! Once a order has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item. 

We understand that sometimes things don't work out right and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us hello@carlyphillipsstore.com.

Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we stand behind the quality of our products and believe that you will love them just as much as we do!

If a book is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns are eligible for defective or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item. For any refund queries, please email hello@carlyphillipsstore.com.

Shipping policy

When you purchase books from Carly Phillips Store, your purchases will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Preorders: Any books that are not available for immediate release will be clearly noted as "PREORDER" in the product title and description. The description will also include the expected release date. Preordered products will be charged in full upon purchase, but they will not deliver or ship until the release date. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you purchase any Preorder books as separate transactions. Print books on preorder will not be printed or shipped until their release date. If there are other print books in the same order, the entire order will be held until the preorder book is ready to be processed. 

If there are any updates to a preorder book's expected release date, the Carly Phillips Store Team will email any customers who have ordered the book to alert them of the change. 

Immediate Releases: Any books that do not specify "preorder" in their description are available for immediate purchase.

Ebooks:  Upon purchase, our ebook distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your Ebook. The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your Ebook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo. If you do not see your download email, please check your Spam box, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. If you have any issues accessing your purchased Ebook or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.

Print Books: Print books are printed to order and shipped by BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service. Depending on your delivery address, additional shipping options may be offered to you upon checkout.

Average shipping times:  To U.S. addresses, 2-3 weeks.

Holiday shipping times:  The U.S. celebrates Thanksgiving on November 23, 2023. Many physical businesses close for a 4-day holiday weekend. This also kicks off the December holiday buying and shipping period. Please bear with us as we expect printing and shipping to take longer during November, December and into early January. 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. Carly Phillips Store and BookVault are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Note for EU customers: Enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

1. All-Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included at checkout. No extra charges on delivery.

2. Faster Delivery: Orders under 150€ benefit from quicker customs clearance, leading to faster delivery times.

3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the 150€ limit. Check shipping rates at checkout.

4. Customs Charges: If for any reason local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support at hello@carlyphillipsstore.com

Returns policy

Purchases from Carly Phillips Store are non-refundable, with the exception of items lost or damaged in shipping or the rare instance of a printing or product error.

When you make a purchase from our store, prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct quantity, correct format (ebook or paperback), and correctly requested either an unstamped or stamped version of each book in your order. 

Ebook purchases are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives immediately after you complete your purchase. Please be sure to download your purchase. Ebooks are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have issues with the ebook file, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.

Refunds for physical goods

There is no return for change of mind. Returns are eligible for defective or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).

For refund queries, please email hello@carlyphillipsstore.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
